Rumors

Jake and I are here in Cedar City now! We just arrived one week ago and everyone is adjusting so well. We love the little town, the weather and the great friends we have made. Jake and I will be doing the play Rumors and Jake will be in The Nerd all by himself. Rehearsals have been awesome and fun. It feels good to flex my creative muscle again. Jake and I are both married to different people in the show but we get to make out off stage all during rehearsal so it makes up for it :). I was so worried about our babies not having a babysitter but we got so lucky! Two of our producer’s daughters were so helpful and have been coming to help us out every single night. Jaclyn showed up for a week and has been so helpful as well. So the shows open on July 16th and run on the weekends until August 13th. I have loved being with Jake every night and being in a great new place and experiencing new things together. It was a really scary leap but it has been so worth it and I am so happy to be in CEDAR!

Three Years!

Did you know I married Jake today! I did! I married him and I have never looked back. He is such an incredible partner, such a sweet friend and an amazing father. I think that if three years feels like this I am really looking forward to what 8 and 15 and 40 feel like. I can't wait to see our marriage grow and change. I love creating memories with him. Some of my favorite memories are: When we lived in the teeniest apartment ever and loved being newlyweds. I would cook dinner and he would come home from work. We would dream about the baby that was joining our family and snuggle on the couch until the late hours. I remember when we moved into my parents house and really began our journey towards the temple. Meeting with the Bakers every week to learn about the gospel. Greeting our new little baby Frank and feeling the joy that adding to your family brings. Having Jake attend his first Mortimer reunion (trust me that is a new experience that everyone need!) I remember the winter in our 2nd grownup apartment and Jake had to catch 7 mice SICK! Frank got his own room! I remember being blessed with the apartment we are currently in. Finding this amazing place where we can be a family and welcome our sweet baby girl. Where we go on walks and attend an amazing ward. I have so many small and big memories with the most amazing man ever. However, more then anything I remember the day that Jacob helped all my dreams come true! That day was the day we were sealed as a family for time and all eternity! I knelt across from my sweetheart and felt truly complete. I had everything I had ever wanted. My Heavenly Father blessed me with the ability to be with my amazing husband and beautiful and creative children forever. There is not a more precious gift given. Jake and I have decided to celebrate our anniversary on the day we were married legally. We committed to spending the rest of our lives that day, it was beautiful and life changing. However, the day we were sealed and became a family forever is something so much more important. He hold so much more meaning for me. It means eternity. So on June 13th we get to celebrate being a family forever. We get celebrate remaining worthy of those blessings and we get to remember what a beautful struggle it was to have those blessings. I love you Jacob Ben you are beautiful, creative, lovely, sweet, thoughtful, HOT and most of all my eternal Best Friend! Thank you for FOREVER!

A Fairytale

I would like to share a little Fairytale with all of you!

Once upon a time there was a little boy named Franklin (I start out all my stories like this and now Frank stops me and says Franklin!)
Anyway, there was this boy and he was a rather naughty boy. Always screaming or hitting or doing something terribly wrong. Until one day when he was introduced to the "TIME OUT!" Mommy loved the time out and used it often (it held much less guilt then the occasional spanking.) Every day or sometime 2 times a say Franklin would be put on time out and spend his time on a tall chair crying for 2 minutes. Mommy made the time 2 minutes because that is exactly how old little Franklin was. One day after a long hard day of chores and tiny little poop messes Mommy had just had it. She told Franklin to go and play in his room. She said "Get your dinosaurs and play like a good little boy." Franklin obeyed and went to get his T-Rex. Franklin played while Mommy cleaned. Just then Mommy noticed
THIS...

apparently Mr. T-Rex had done something very terrible because here is Franklin pointing at his T-Rex on the "Time-Out" chair. Don't worry Franklin was very direct and told that dinosaur 2 MINUTES!

Well played Franklin, well played!

You are seeing clearly!

That is three! Three little Suazo babies born in 2 months!
(Actually one Suazo one King and one Gwilliam but you know!)
Addy, Jak, and Sadie

And of course the Beautiful Mom's

Oh Really?

Um, good luck buddy. Those are some big shoes to fill!

Something Amazing Happened at Our House!

There was a cupcake! (eaten in bed)

There was a cake! (eaten with friends)

And there was a Birthday Boy! (who turned 2)

My Dearest Franklin,

You are Quite possibly the cutest human I know! You are small and silly and you love Dinosaurs. That makes your daddy very happy. You love to play and you love to snuggle. You love to put your dinosaurs or other toy on "time out" for two minutes! You always seem to have a smile in your eyes and you love to be in charge. You are so independent and you like things the way you like them. You don't like to be told no but you like to tell me NO! Some of my favorite things about you right now are your teeth they are so cute. I love when you look at things and so "Oh that is so toot (cute)!" I love our snuggle time when we watch Dinosaur Train. I love when you have a hypothesis like Buddy. I love when you tell me to run and we run down the street together. I love swing you in the swings at the park. I love that I almost never have to tell you to say please and thank you. I am so blessed to have your sweet spirit in my life. You are in your room "napping" (playing and ruining your blinds). You brighten my life and being your mom is my greatest accomplishment. I never dreamed I would have a kid as amazing as you!

Love
Mommy!

Shhhhh.....

My children make some of the most BEAUTIFUL sounds in the world. Franklin calling me mom still can being me to tears. (except the mom, mom, mom stuff! That is not very cute!) Addy giggles all the time and coos. I love to be around my babies and snuggle their little bodies but I must say that for a Mom the most cherish sound for me RIGHT NOW is silence COMPLETE silence! I don't get it a lot and I rarely indulge but right now it is blissful! Both of my babies are taking sweet little ZZZ's and I am left by myself. Listening to the hum of the computer and MYSELF THINK! It feels like I imagine Heaven ;) just breathing and thinking! I love when nap time happens just right!
